Qualification and Requirements Includes:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English
• Valid Driver license or State ID
• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid Social Security Card
• Proof of work Eligibility
• Positive Employment history and Professional References
• Meet State Training Requirements
• Completion of pre-training or in-service training necessary to carry out the Participant’s service plan
• Clean Criminal History Background Check
• Clean Child History Clearance Record
• Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Clearance Record
• Satisfactory performance on a competency evaluation and annual reevaluation
• Must have available, reliable transportation to and from work
